As an avid Physical Culturist influenced by such original fitness pioneers as Charles Atlas and Eugene Sandow, I believe in training the body as one functional unit.

For example, we do not lift overhead from a seated position that often so why train sitting down? Our lives include many movements from both stable and unstable positions, so we must train for real life!

A martial artist since the age of eight, I have been training and teaching WingTsun Kung Fu for the past eight years, and include elements of this extremely effective self-defence system’s teaching approach into my personal and group client training programs.

I strongly believe in teaching my clients the “whys” so they eventually become knowledgeable and empowered enough to train themselves and do not have to rely on someone else to stay strong and healthy.

No matter whether you belong to a gym or prefer to train at home, I will awaken your love of fitness and have you expecting more from life than you ever thought possible!
